Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products

IA Webspace supplies downloadable WordPress plugins and related software licences. Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful payment and order processing.

2. Your right to cancel

Consumers buying digital content online normally have a 14-day right to cancel, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right may be lost when supply begins during the cancellation period only if the required express consent, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the cancellation right, and contractual confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

Buying or downloading a plugin does not automatically establish that those conditions have been met. Where an exception does not apply, applicable cancellation rights remain available.

3. Faulty or incorrectly supplied software

If digital software is faulty, differs from its description, cannot be supplied, or otherwise does not meet the contract, consumers may be entitled to remedies such as bringing it into conformity, a price reduction, or a refund as required by applicable law.

Contact us with a description of the problem so we can investigate. This policy does not limit rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable consumer legislation.

4. Requesting a cancellation or refund

Email in**@********ce.com and provide:

• Your order number and product name
• The date of purchase
• A brief explanation of the cancellation or issue

We may request further information reasonably necessary to confirm the order or investigate a technical issue.

5. Refund processing

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe. Refunds normally use the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.

6. Licence status after cancellation

Where a purchase is validly cancelled and refunded, the related commercial licence may be revoked and future licensed support and updates discontinued, subject to applicable law.

This does not remove any independently granted rights under an applicable open-source software licence.

7. Renewals and recurring charges

IA Webspace plugin licences do not currently renew automatically unless a particular product clearly states otherwise and the customer has expressly agreed. Not renewing does not itself result in a new recurring charge.

8. Business customers

Different contractual cancellation rights may apply where a purchase is made wholly for business purposes. Any agreed business-specific terms will be communicated as part of the purchase agreement.

9. Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude, limit or replace any mandatory rights under Irish or applicable EU consumer protection law.
